1. Complimentary Strategy Call (valued at 45£+)
All coaching clients receive a Free initial strategy call with Emilia S., mentor and coach, to:
- Identify your needs, goals, and how Emilia can best support you
- Confirm suitability for the coaching/mentoring program
- Ensure clients are mentally, emotionally, and psychologically stable and ready to engage in coaching.
Please note: Coaching/mentoring programs and services are not therapy or counselling or a substitute, and are designed solely for personal development.
2. No Refunds Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for digital products (eBooks, workbooks, online programs), coaching, mentoring packages, or discounted services.
- Refunds may only be granted if required by applicable UK consumer law.
- Payment processing and currency conversion fees are non-refundable and are your responsibility.
3. Program Switching
Clients may request to switch between coaching/mentoring programs early in their engagement. Such requests are subject to approval by Emilia S. and program availability. Switching is offered as an alternative to refunds.

All coaching/mentoring materials, programs, books, techniques, and resources provided by Emilia S. and Find The Spark Within Shop are protected intellectual property. Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
5. Physical Books and Paperbacks
Physical books and paperbacks are sold exclusively through Amazon. Any returns or refunds for physical books must be handled according to Amazon’s policies.
